Pole

Our Pole classes break down into different elements such as dance, floorwork, musicality, conditioning exercises, technicality of tricks and transitions. All classes start with a warm up and conditioning exercises, then move on to the core of the class, and end with a freestyle or a cool down. In the process, you will improve strength, flexibility, body awareness and coordination. No background needed and we will equip you with all the basics and skills needed to progress and achieve your goals.

If you have little or no experience in Pole, we require you to take our Fundamental Pole class L1/L2 until you are approved by our instructors to take other classes. If you have some experience in pole and are not sure which class to take, please contact us so that we can have your level assessed accurately.
