Katya Chudinova
Katya has always enjoyed various forms of movement such as weightlifting, HIIT cardio, and hiking. During the pandemic, she shifted her focus to functional bodyweight training and realized that being in control of your body feels empowering. After a long and painful year of waiting for places to re-open, she took her first class at Ly's Pole Studio and instantly knew that the wait was entirely worth it. Three years later, she is still as passionate about all aspects of pole dancing as it offers infinite possibilities to challenge yourself both physically and mentally - and have fun doing it.
She is excited to help new students to build foundational skills and strengh and be more in tune with their bodies through movement.
